By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Turkmen delegation is going to Sapporo (Japan) on February 17 � 28 to take part in the session of the Executive Committee of the Asian Olympic Council as well as in the opening ceremony of the VIII Asian Winter Games and to study the organization of the Games.
