Turkmenistan hosts an online distance learning conference. Turkmen participants use VPN

The international online conference bringing together scientists from Japan, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania and Vietnam was held on 10 April, 2020 in Turkmenistan’s Engineering and Technology University named after Oguzkhan for the first time.

The state information agency TDH reports that the key topic under discussion was the opportunities for designing innovative methods of distance learning based on digital and intelligent technologies.

At the same time, the news outlet Turkmen news paid attention to the fact that a Turkmen conference participant using Outline VPN service was shown in the footage of the state television.
