Turkmenistan is interested in the supply of agricultural machinery from Belarus

On October 3, Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan Annageldi Yazmyradov , who oversees the agro-industrial complex, and the Ambassador of Belarus to Turkmenistan Vyacheslav Beskosty discussed the possibility of supplying Belarusian agricultural machinery to Turkmenistan on October 3, Belta news agency reports .

 

Details of the negotiations are not given.

 

Beskosty also met with the director general of the Agency for Transport and Communications and co-chairman of the intergovernmental Belarusian-Turkmen commission on economic cooperation Mammetkhan Chakiev , with whom he discussed preparations for the tenth meeting of the intergovernmental commission.

 

The parties are ready to increase the pace of trade and economic cooperation and interaction in the field of transport, Belta writes.

 

At the end of August, a source of “Chronicles of Turkmenistan” announced Turkmenistan’s intention to purchase Belarusian agricultural machinery instead of more expensive ones from John Deere and Case.
