Turkmenistan state power plant’s performance outstrips production expectations

ASHGABAT: Tukrmenistan's Avaza state power plant located in the national tourist zone has exceeded its electricity production target for the year by 13.398 million kilowatt-hours, achieving 102 percent of its goal, Trend reports. For this year, the plant had set a production target of 1.331 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity. As of the latest reports, it has already generated 743.398 million kilowatt-hours, surpassing its planned figure. This reliable and uninterrupted electricity supply is crucial for the operation of energy systems within the tourist zone, supporting the region's infrastructure and development. Commissioned in 2010, the plant has consistently improved its efficiency and is equipped with advanced gas turbines and top-quality equipment from leading global manufacturers.
