Turkmenistan will become the venue for the Asian Futsal Championship in 2020. The corresponding decree was signed by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The document allows the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan, together with the country's Football Federation and the Asian Confederation of Football, to hold the Asian futsal championship in the Olympic town of Ashgabat from February 24 to March 10, 2020.
The document also requires the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy to develop and approve the regulation on the Asian Futsal Championship, having agreed with the Football Federation of Turkmenistan and the Asian Confederation of Football.
