Baku: Two additional trains will soon be joining the Baku Metro line, with a scheduled introduction by November 8. This announcement was made during an inspection by President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan of the new-generation metro trains assembled by Baku Metro CJSC in Baku. According to Azeri-Press news agency, out of the seven trains delivered to Baku, the assembly, configuration, and testing of five have been completed. The remaining two trains are expected to enter service by the specified date. With these additions, the total number of the latest-generation carriages in the Baku Metro fleet has now reached 150.
