On November 8-9, UNICEF conducts training for employees of the reception and distribution institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and specialists in social work of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Turkmenistan. The UN agency reports this on its Instagram page .
Details of the training are not given, it is only noted that they are carried out “to strengthen the competence of the staff of reception centers by introducing social work into their activities.”
This is not directly indicated in the text, but, obviously, we are talking about reception centers for the temporary detention of minor children left without adult care.
