The country office of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) donated more than $413,000 worth of dexamethasone preparations to the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan for distribution to the country’s hospitals. This was reported on March 16 by “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
The UNICEF-funded shipment included 4.4 tons of tablets and ampoules as part of the National Plan for Preparedness to Combat and Response to Acute Infectious Disease.
