United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Deputy Assistant Administrator of the Bureau for Asia Anjali Kaur will visit Kyrgyzstan on May 14-19. The U.S. Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
The purpose of the visit is to strengthen the partnership for development and discuss progress on shared priorities between the U.S. and Kyrgyzstan.
Anjali Kaur will reaffirm USAID’s continued commitment to supporting inclusive economic growth, responding to food security needs, strengthening health security, and strengthening regional ties in Central Asia.
In Bishkek and Osh, the Deputy Assistant Administrator will meet with government officials, entrepreneurs, farmers, health workers, civil society and the media.
