Vice-Rector for International Development of the Nova University of Lisbon (Portugal) Joao Amaro Matos has visited the Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) of SOCAR. During the tour of the university campus, BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov informed Matos about the modern learning conditions and research environment at the university, as well as about the successes of students and graduates. The rector emphasized that BHOS ranks first in the country in terms of university admission exam results. He also noted that BHOS students are studying at the Polytechnic University of Bragança in Portugal as part of an exchange program. Elmar Gasimov expressed Baku Higher Oil School’s readiness to cooperate with the Nova University of Lisbon.
