Azerbaijan is determined to advance the normalization and peace process with Armenia, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ceyhun Bayramov, stated this during his speech at the 47th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC), which took place in a video conference format, APA reports.
