The Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society welcomes the agreement on the delivery of supplies to our territories, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily located, by the vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross through the Aghdam-Khankendi and Lachin-Khankendi roads, the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society announced, APA reports.
"We regret that despite the fact that an agreement was reached on the opening of both roads at the same time on September 1, 2023, it will be realized only on September 18.
The Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society believes that the politicization of cargo transportation and its prevention is unacceptable. If necessary, the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, an independent, impartial organization, is ready to provide any support to this process," the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society said.
