BAKU: The opening ceremony of the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix took place in Baku, Trend reports. The ceremony began with the performance of the national anthem of Azerbaijan in classical style. The stage design resembled an unrolled carpet. The stage, designed based on the simple patterns of the Khan Karabakh carpets, reflected the rich cultural heritage of Azerbaijan.
