New Presidential Envoy to Osh region appointed

Elchibek Dzhantaev was appointed the Presidential Envoy to Osh region. Press service of the head of state reported.

Sadyr Japarov signed a corresponding decree.

It was reported earlier that on behalf of Sadyr Japarov, an appropriate commission was formed to check the activities of the management of Osh region, as a result of which violations were revealed. Therefore, a proposal was made to dismiss a number of officials, including the presidential envoy to the region.

Elchibek Dzhantaev was born on September 8, 1973 in Ak-Chiy village, Issyk-Kul region. He has a higher education with a degree in accounting, analysis and audit.

He was the director of the State Agency for Regional Development under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic, then headed the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Government Affairs.
