All banks in Kyrgyzstan set single U.S. dollar selling rate

Exchange rate of the U.S. dollar has not changed for the last 24 hours in Kyrgyzstan. At the same time, a single selling rate was set for all banks in the country.

Today the American currency is bought for 89.1-89.25 soms and sold for 89.37 soms. The official rate of the National Bank is 89.32 soms (growth of 0.15 percent).

The euro exchange rate remained unchanged. It is bought for 93.45-94 soms, sold — for 94.4-94.9 soms. The exchange rate of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic is 94.1165 soms (0.12 percent growth).

The Russian ruble is bought for 0.925-0.94 soms, sold — for 0.925-0.94 soms. Its official rate grew by 0.05 percent to 0.9168 soms.

Kazakh tenge buying rate is 0.12-0.131 soms, it is sold for 0.19-0.2 soms. Nominal rate is set at 0.1872 soms (0.05 percent growth).

The National Bank conducted two interventions in October to stabilize the exchange rate of som. It sold $71,950 million on the market.
