The Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic is hosting a seminar aimed at the exchange of experience in the framework of bilateral cooperation between the Ministries of Finance of Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, within the framework of the seminar, the financiers of the Russian Federation shared their experience and discussed priority areas in the revenue side of the budget, such as: improving the tax sector, introducing a new system of interbudgetary relations, social protection, investment potential of the Kyrgyz Republic, developing proposals for a regulatory framework green finance.
Nikolaev, Senior Researcher at the Center for Financial Management in the Public Sector of the Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, presented the topic of developing proposals for improving accounting and reporting standards within the framework of strategic priorities for financial management.
Other speakers from Russia, together with employees of the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan, are also present at the seminar.
