Interest in state bank’s shares grows

The 'International Bank of Azerbaijan' (IBA) has published a management report on the results of the first half of 2023. According to the document, the bank has 1,797 shareholders, which is up by 20 units, or 1.1% from the end of 2022. Thus, the number of shareholders of the bank by individuals grew by 21 units or by 1.1% and amounted to 1,780, while the number of shareholders by legal entities dropped by 1 unit or by 5.6% and amounted to 17. On March 7 this year, the next general meeting of IBA shareholders was held. At the meeting, it was decided to pay dividends to the bank's shareholders in the amount of 156.6 million manats based on the financial results of the last year
