Kyrgyzstan will make every effort to raise relations with Malaysia to new level, says FM

Kyrgyzstan intends to make every effort to raise the interstate relations with Malaysia to a new political level and deepen mutual understanding between the peoples of the two states in the interests of common prosperity and development, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the country Jeenbek Kulubaev said during a meeting with his Malaysian counterpart Zambri Abdul Kadir. "Kyrgyzstan has always considered Malaysia as one of the main partners in the southeast region. We appreciate the friendship and cooperation we have developed and are ready to make every effort to deepen and strengthen these relations,' Kulubaev noted. He also stressed the need to emphasize that there are no political differences between the states that prevent further rapid development of bilateral relations, which are characterized as a reliable and mutually beneficial partnership. 'We intend to make efforts to raise interstate relations to a new political level and deepen mutual understanding between the peoples of the two states for the sake of common prosperity and development," the Kyrgyz minister concluded. Bishkek hosted on Monday a meeting between Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev and Malaysia Zambry Abdul Kadir, who has arrived in Kyrgyzstan for an official visit. He also expected to meet with President Sadyr Zhaparov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov and Parliament Speaker Nurlanbek Shakiev.
