President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on his 70th birthday. Congratulating the President of Russia on his jubilee, the head of the Turkmen state expressed his wishes for good health, happiness and success in responsible state activities, and for the Russian people – progress and prosperity.
“On such a significant day in your life, it is gratifying to note that cooperation between our countries is of a long-term perspective. And we are ready for the benefit of our peoples to make every effort to further expand it,” the congratulatory message says.
