The Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan has extended for two weeks an international tender for the provision of consulting services for the construction of a hybrid solar and wind power plant in the Serdar etrap of the Balkan velayat.
The application deadline has been moved from December 14 to December 30, 2021.

Recall that hybrid solar and wind power capacity of 10 MW will be built near the lake Altyn Asyr due Cr e dit Development Fund of Abu Dhabi (UAE) in the amount of $ 25 million.

In May 2019, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov founded a new village on the shores of the artificial lake Altyn Asyr.
