Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov with the Order of Friendship . The corresponding Decree of May 18 was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

“For a great contribution to strengthening the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan, award the Order of Friendship to Serdar Gurbangulyevich Berdimuhamedov,” the document says.
