The former governor of Tver Oblast of Russia Dmitry Zelenin became a citizen of Kyrgyzstan. The latest decree of the President Sadyr Japarov says.
According to the document, 313 citizens of the Russian Federation received Kyrgyz passports under a simplified procedure. Thus, their request was granted. Dmitry Zelenin is among the applicants.
